With a creative service approach towards people, the VNA Flight Attendant Trainers focus on improving and enhancing the customer experience.

When receiving the TOR, Ninh kept wondering why a national and experienced airline like Vietnam Airlines would focus on “Designing a Tea & Coffee Cultural Appreciation” for the Flight Attendant Trainers. What are they aiming for?

It was only when talking directly with the leadership of the VNA Flight Attendant Party that Ninh was truly surprised by their vision and dedication to the Vietnamese aviation industry: “Cherishing every moment of working, we want to make ordinary things extraordinary, from small practical actions that can satisfy the whole world even in a small cabin. As a flight attendant, only when you love your job and are passionate about it, can you become a qualified flight attendant. Then only when can you consciously improve your expertise and skills right at your workplace. That passion allows you to always maintain professionalism at work. Your professionalism is the satisfaction of passengers and the success of our airline.”

Over the years, with each training program to improve service quality, the VNA Flight Attendant Trainers hope to use their expertise to spread the spirit of respect for the profession, love for the profession and motivate their next colleagues to improve their knowledge and skills, so that they can bring safe flights with more memorable experiences for passengers. “Everything starts from the feelings of the customers, we cherish every opportunity to serve on each flight and continue to use our activities to improve service quality that creat first-class services. The trainer team of VNA Flight Attendants affirms: “Being a flight attendant is not simply serving drinks and meals on the plane, but also requires you to master a lot of knowledge about the geography, culture, customs and habits of the destination and the place of departure, as well as master different service skills and service concepts. They not only have to look beautiful but also need to have a rich inner life.” With the strict requirements and guidance of their predecessors, the young flight attendants with their love for the sky constantly learn, create, make seemingly complicated tasks into simple ones and process simple tasks meticulously and respectfully so that their energy can illuminate every corner of the cabin. 

Then when working directly with the seniors during the training period, Ninh was moved time and time again and found the “touch” point in my heart with: 
- A cup of “Ginger Sun” tea with lemon and honey for passengers who feel uncomfortable and unwell when flying. 
- A four-layer matcha latte representing the four fresh green seasons of Vietnam for Japanese and Korean tourists
- A vibrant watermelon tea welcomes passengers from afar to the rhythm of Saigon
- A cup of floating clouds milk tea that has less tea  and more milk, not affecting children's health.
- Or a simply cup of "Chiều hoàng hôn doesn’t phai" black tea to reduce the impatience and longing for passengers to go home with the beauty of the sunset through the small window, etc.

With a creative service approach towards people, the VNA Flight Attendant Trainers focus on improving and enhancing the customer experience. "Looking back on each journey, we remember countless warm and cozy moments on the flight. We caught the innocent eyes of many children, made friends with many passengers we met by chance after half a flight, and suddenly we felt that the customers were very familiar. We understood what they needed and how they felt. Like taking care of family members, we want to bring them the most comfort. That affection not only warms our hearts but can also make passengers feel comfortable, thereby increasing satisfaction with the service, connecting the airline with many familiar passengers. "Let Vietnam Airlines flight attendants skillfully combine the blue sky, white clouds and sincere service to bring love to every corner of the world.
